Conditions for Returns/Replacements
- A wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is expired or defective.
- The order is incomplete or contains missing items.
- The product arrived damaged (e.g., tampered packaging or physical damage).
Note: Such issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery to our Customer Service Team.
Non-Eligible Returns/Replacements
- Opened, used, or altered items.
- Missing original packaging, tags, or labels.
- Requests made beyond the specified timeline of 1 day for eligible cases.
Steps to Raise a Return/Replacement Request
- Request Submission: Raise a request within 1 day of delivery for eligible returns via our website. Include order details and a description of the issue.
- Review: Allow 2 working days for our team to review your request.
- Reverse Pickup: If eligible, a courier partner will pick up the product within 5–7 business days. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, self-ship the item to our address. We will reimburse up to ₹100 as courier charges.
- Quality Check and Refund/Replacement: After receiving the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. If approved, refunds are processed within 6–8 days for prepaid orders. For COD orders, store credit is issued within 1–2 working days.
Important Points
- Hygiene Products Exclusion: Returns are not accepted for accessories, innerwear, and masks due to hygiene standards.
- Free Product Deals: Items purchased during promotions (e.g., BOGO) are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure returned products are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 6–8 business days after quality checks.
- COD Orders: Refunds are provided as store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases.
